We are committed to a model of sustainability and respect for the environment based on the implementation of more efficient processes that reduce the consumption of raw materials, energy and water. We believe in a new production model in which reuse, repair and recycling are the key elements.

At ICP Tech Solutions, we have a firm commitment to continuous improvement with regard to the impact of our activity on the environment.

This translates into a commitment on our part to give devices a second life, thus maintaining the value of products, materials and resources in the economic flow for as long as possible. Our role in this paradigm is to close the life cycle by providing repair, refurbishment and reuse services.

The processes involved in reverse logistics management often generate packaging that is not recovered.

In order to reduce the consumption of plastic and cardboard, ICP has developed a system of returnable packaging for our customers’ distribution network. This allows us to combine all repairs going to the same point of delivery into a single shipment and return the packaging back to our facilities for further use.

All packaging is disinfected after use by an automated cleaning system.

The reverse logistics of electronic devices involves a series of transfers between the customer’s home and the repair laboratories. This process can have a negative environmental impact if strategies to reduce pollution are not implemented.

By using 100% electric vehicles for the last mile and optimising transport routes, we are able to reduce our carbon footprint.
