Alcatel Expands and Strengthens its After-Sales Service with ICP Tech. Solutions

ICP Tech. Solutions, a leading after-sales repair and management services company, strengthens its partnership with Alcatel. Through this new agreement, ICP Tech. Solutions becomes Alcatel’s largest official repair centre in Spain.

ICP Tech. Solutions is a comprehensive and diversified repair centre where it is possible to service the full range of Alcatel products, including smartphones, tablets, smartwatches and a wide variety of accessories.

Alcatel recognises ICP as a strategic partner because of the confidence that comes from having more than 250 professionals who are experts in repair techniques, always in continuous training to keep up to date with the latest device models and the latest equipment on the market.

ICP Tech. Solutions labs have the latest technology to analyse, diagnose and repair devices. Among other services, ICP has a device loaner programme whereby customers receive a replacement device while their Alcatel device is being repaired. With this service, the inconvenience of having a damaged device is minimised and the repair process is 100% satisfactory.
