Xiaomi, a world leader in technology, has signed a partnership agreement with ICP Tech. Solutions to expand their after-sales service in Spain and improve the user experience of fans of the brand. With this new partnership, Xiaomi has taken a step forward and will offer its customers more options for the repair of their devices by the Technical Service in Europe.
Following a joint assessment process, which evaluated the equipment and technologies available as well as the quality, laboratory specifications and experience of the technical team, Xiaomi has chosen ICP as a key partner to continue its international expansion and offer its customers the most advanced after-sales service in the industry.
The more than 250 technicians that make up the ICP Tech Solutions team have received specific training on the Xiaomi ecosystem, which enables them to repair and maintain Xiaomi products.
Xiaomi has also found in ICP a powerful logistics service, which will allow it to offer its customers, in a completely flexible way, an omni-channel solution tailored to the specific needs of each customer. Thanks to this partnership, Xiaomi will be able to manage the after-sales service through its own network of shops and those of its partners, its customers’ homes and the extensive network of Pick & Drop points available to the Spanish company.
With this new partnership agreement, ICP Tech.
